Presentation Material Submission
All presenting authors should submit their presentation materials via the AACL-IJCNLP 2026 presentation submission portal by November 2, 2026. For step-by-step instructions, please read the Presentation Recording & Submission Guide.

Video length requirements:

Poster PDF and slides are required for main conference, Findings, demo, and SRW papers. Workshop requirements are decided by each workshop’s organizers — please follow the instructions from your own workshop.
Please name your files with the conference and paper ID so they can be easily identified (e.g., AACL 2026_main-291, AACL 2026_Find-456, AACL 2026_Demo-99). Maximum file size: 20 MB (PDF, PPT, PPTX).

If you cannot find your paper in the submission portal, please contact your workshop organizers or the conference program chairs so that the paper list can be updated.
On-Site Poster Printing
Posters can be printed near the conference venue (A0 portrait, color printing, 35 RMB per poster).
- Ordering: order before 14:00, and your poster will be delivered to the registration desk by 10:00 the next day.
- Chinese attendees: scan the QR code in the poster printing flyer to send your poster and pay via WeChat.
- International attendees: send your poster to 3490982011@qq.com, and pay via Alipay or cash in the printing store.
- Printing store: 顺臆图文, No.182, Poly International Main Tower, Commercial Building, No. 166 Qinlang Road, Hengqin New Area (open hours: 09:00 – 21:00)
